Her publications span crucial topics like training, racial disparity, and anti-poverty measures in child welfare. A sought-after speaker, Dr. Pryce has enriched over 200 conferences globally with her insights, both virtually and in-person. As a thought leader, her op-eds and a widely acclaimed TED Talk on Implicit Racial Bias in Decision Making, viewed by over 1.3 million people, highlight her deep commitment to addressing racial inequity in child welfare.

Dr. Pryce's diverse experience includes frontline child welfare work, research, advising Florida's legislature on policy, and teaching at the graduate level.
